How It Works:
Step 1: Fill out the form below
Step 2: Your free phone consultation
Once Stacy Ayash Designs receives your project information we will talk to you via phone to discuss your project. We will establish how to define your style, clarify your goals and determine your interior needs based on your lifestyle. Through our comprehensive design services we can elevate your design project to meet your requirements and create a space that is visually appealing and functionally suits your needs. This will be a free initial consultation.
Step 3: The proposal
We then send you a proposal explaining the scope of work. You can accept, adjust or reject the proposal before we begin. The proposal will detail terms of payment and deposits required. Depending on the size of your project billing can be done one room at a time or a bimonthly fee for larger projects.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Will I be working one on one with a decorator?
Yes. You will be working one on one with a professional decorator who has made her services available online. We will work with you over the phone, email or even via Skype. As decorators, our objective is to create a space that our clients love coming home to. We will work with you to define your style, budget your project and help you spend your money wisely. We will save you time and aggravation and educate you throughout the entire design process to help you avoid costly mistakes.
2. How much does your service cost?
We generally charge a flat fee per room for our design services. However, that price may vary based on the size of the room and at what stage of the project you are in. Prices are outlined in your design proposal. Once you accept the design proposal we will send you a floor plan, paint color or wall covering selection, furniture selection, window overing choices, lighting selection and flooring options. Based on your budget we will give you a shopping list and guide you every step of the way.
3. How do I pay Stacy Ayash Designs?
We accept all major credit cards or you can send us a check. Please be aware that we cannot start any project until your check clears.

6. How do I determine my style?
We pride ourselves on educating our clients and making design very approachable. As with any education we will give you some homework. We begin with our design questionnaire and the visual questionnaire. We encourage the client to immerse themselves in design by reading design magazines, perusing recommended design blogs and other online resources. We encourage you to flag as many photos as you can with elements that speak to you so that we can get a sense of your style and aesthetic. Don’t worry! Its easier than it seems.
7. What kind of photos and measurements do you need from me?
The more photos of the space you send, the better. Try to photograph the room from different angles and record your measurements of the windows and door openings. We will help guide you in terms of more specific measurements once we begin to work on your project.
8. How do you recommend products if we cant walk around in stores together?
As with any good design, we do our research. We have vast resources at our fingertips. We will send you prices and purchasing information for every selection. This time saving service is sure to make the design process much less intimidating and a lot less stressful.
9. How can you guarantee that the paint colors and fabrics will look good in my home?
As far as the paint is concerned we recommend sampling paint colors on your wall before you commit to any color. We can then discuss your thoughts and make our suggestions. Please keep in mind that choosing the right paint color can sometimes be a process. However, we are confident that we can guide you in the right color direction. Most companies will send out fabric samples. As part of our services we will make the sample requests and when available, the fabric will be sent directly to you.
10. Am I obligated to buy everything from Stacy Ayash Designs?
No you are not required to purchase anything from us. The design fee is for our advice, guidance and direction only. You may purchase everything from us providing your budget permits or you can bargain hunt online as you will have all the purchasing information regarding third party vendors. We do carry many fabric, wallpaper, and furniture vendors (designer products) and we do recommend purchasing any designer products through our showroom but you are under no obligation to do so.
11. What is the lead-time I can expect?
Different vendors have different lead times depending on stock and availability. Some companies ships with in a week and others have a 6-12 week lead-time. We can better estimate the length of your project during the initial consultation over the phone.
